Our pricing starts with a blueprint. The blueprints can range from $1,000 - $5,000 depending on complexity. Complicated blueprints such as this one cost around $5,000. Keep in mind that if you plan to use AI technology within your software, we will add an additional $5,000 to create the blueprint. We recommend creating a wishlist amongst you and your employees to ensure nothing is missed during the blueprint build. This prevents going back and changing major things while saving you overall costs and time. You will then receive the first draft of the blueprint and make any changes and additions to the software at any time during this period. If you wish to add additional items to your CRM during the build, it will become more costly and time-consuming.
Creating your blueprint with us will allow you to take the blueprint build to any competitor for their quotes. However, our technologies allow us to convert the CRM into IOS and Android software applications for a fraction of the price of our competitors.
Billing
Our billing and invoicing are slightly different from our competitors. After building the blueprint, we close out the invoice, submit our software development quote, and timelines.
If you choose CRM Development Company to build your custom CRM software, we will bill you in four stages of the project.
1st Stage: Start building the software - 25%
2nd Stage: Halfway finished with building the software - 25%
3rd Stage: Beta testing - 25%
4th Stage: Software is finalized - 25%
If any errors are to come up after the CRM software has been completed and finalized, we will troubleshoot and repair at no additional costs after the first six months.
